      Responsible for handling collections on past due accounts; keep detailed log of activity and report to supervisors on a weekly basis
      Handle general customer service issues as needed
      Provide back-up to answering heavy phone volume
      Miscellaneous office errands as needed
      Other miscellaneous duties as requested by management
